Meet Greg!

 

Passionate about sales and beautiful homes, Greg entered the real estate industry back in 2019 whilst still in his second year pursuing a degree in Information Systems at the Singapore Management University (SMU).

 

Leveraging technical skillsets in Data Analytics and Financial Forecasting, Greg has helped more than 50 clients in property investments, property portfolio restructuring and most importantly, finding a place that they can call home. He has also personally transacted more than $80 million worth of real estate, giving him a well of experience across various complicated cases.

 

Through the process, Greg has received multiple accolades such as the Top 50 Propnex Gen, Top Transactor, Top 3 Millennial Achievers in Huttons and multiple Platinum Awards. However, Greg has always believed that the awards are but a byproduct of his efforts. Greg and his team at Homeground believes that the true beauty of each transaction lies in the satisfaction and elation of their clients whenever a deal is successfully brokered

 

A strong believer in solutions backed by past data and forecast, Greg has an astute sense of where opportunities lie in the real estate market and works with his team and his clients to craft solutions tailored to each individual client. 

 

A self proclaimed ‘fitness junkie’, Greg was competitive at the national level in multiple sports including Bowling, Fencing and Rugby. These experiences helped to shape his fortitude and mentality that he brings with him to every single deal, determined to ensure that his clients get the best possible advice for their property needs.

 

‘No two clients are the same, contrary to the popular belief that the Singaporean dream is to own a condo and an investment property. Different timelines, needs and financial standing makes every deal brokered different. This is the reason why I enjoy this fast paced industry, as I relish the opportunity to marry my clients’ interests and their needs in property.
