Meet Jolie!
A property agent whose career journey has naturally led her to where she is today. A Bachelor of Marketing graduate, Jolie began her career as a Wealth Manager in a co-funding company, where she worked closely with SME loans and developed a strong foundation in finance, client advisory, and business decision-making.
She later joined PropertyGuru, Singapore’s leading property platform, as a Business Development Manager. There, she interacted with property agents daily and gained valuable insight into the real estate industry through their experiences, challenges, and success stories. It was during this time that Jolie’s curiosity for real estate began to grow. The opportunity to guide clients through such significant decisions deeply resonated with her, especially because of the advisory role a property agent plays.
While preparing for her real estate exams, Jolie made a bold decision to leave her corporate role and pursue interior design. Her intention was simple: to build a skill set that would allow her to better value-add to her future clients. True to her nature, Jolie poured her heart into the craft, quickly developing a deep love for interior design and excelling in the field. Today, she runs her own interior design company.
Now, as a property agent, Jolie brings together a rare combination of strengths - finance, marketing, business development, real estate knowledge, and interior design expertise. Her diverse background allows her to support clients beyond buying and selling, offering thoughtful advice across different aspects of property ownership, investment, and home transformation.
