Meet Jun Zhi!
Jun Zhi is a realtor who believes property decisions should feel clear, exciting and never overwhelming. He graduated from NUS with Second Upper Class Honours in Project and Facilities Management, and began his career in township management before entering real estate in 2022.
This background gave him a practical understanding of how homes, buildings and estates work beyond what is seen at a viewing. Since then, he has helped clients transact more than 100 properties, from first homes and resale properties to rentals and investments.
Jun Zhi enjoys breaking down market data, navigating the finer details and giving honest advice that helps clients make confident decisions without unnecessary jargon. He believes that every person is different, and every property is unique. He takes the time to understand what matters most to every client, then work towards achieving the best possible outcome for their property journey.
When he is not working, you’ll probably find him on the football pitch. He brings the same teamwork, discipline and determination into every client relationship — always focused on helping them move forward with confidence.
