Meet Kah How!
Kah How believes that property is more than just a home — it is often the most important financial decision a family will make. His mission is to help clients navigate that decision with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
A graduate of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Aerospace Engineering, Kah How began his career in the FMCG industry with global companies such as Procter & Gamble (P&G). Over more than five years as a Supply Chain Lead, he managed planning, operations, and strategic projects in a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking, adaptability, and decisive problem-solving were critical.
But his motivation for real estate comes from a deeply personal experience.
Growing up in a humble household with a low income and a sole breadwinner, Kah How witnessed how property could shape a family’s financial future. Yet without the right guidance, the property his parents purchased became a long-term regret instead of the opportunity it could have been.
That experience continues to drive him today. Kah How is committed to being the trusted advisor he wishes his family had—guiding clients with honesty, transparency, and a clear strategy tailored to their goals. Known for his analytical approach and client-first mindset, he focuses on understanding his clients’ needs while providing straightforward advice and practical solutions, even when unexpected challenges arise.
Whether helping clients secure their first home, upgrade, or make strategic property decisions, Kah How is dedicated to helping them turn property into a meaningful asset for their future.
“One property decision can shape the next 30 years. Let’s make it the right one.”
